Convenience Product Vs Homemade Project
The goal of this exercise is to compare the differences between a convenience product and a homemade produce. This activity tests your lab skills as well as your recipe costing skills.
This project is worth 200 points. Your group is responsible for comparing a dessert convenience food to a dessert from scratch. Each person in the group will be responsible for their own part of the assignment. All the calculations and information must be either typed in the format given or written neatly on the worksheet provided (points will be deducted if not done) for you in your packet. One completed packet from the entire group is to be turned in.
