Read seminal U.S. documents about the same topic you selected for Segment 1.  Documents can include court decisions, essays, speeches, and must contain elements of argument.

Design a visual representation to show the structure of the argument, explaining how each part (the claim, reasoning, and evidence) contributes to the whole. Create a visual representation that uses this analogy to represent the argument.  Label each element of the visual model with a brief summary and evaluation of the relevancy,  sufficiency, and validity of that component.
